We specialize in complex HVAC systems and are currently looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our Atlanta-based team.

Position Overview:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of HVAC systems, with a focus on chillers and mechanical systems in industrial and commercial settings. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems including chillers.
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment manuals.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide excellent customer service and communication in the field.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience in industrial and commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of chiller systems, mechanical services, and HVAC operations.
Welding and pipe fitting experience is a plus.
EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real-time.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
