Chiller Diagnostics Training
Real world chiller training for working HVAC Technicians.
Elevate your team without wasting money on travel costs, lost service days, or classroom downtime.
Book Your Team 📅Why Traditional Chiller Training Fails Service Teams
Problem #1 – Hidden Costs
If you’ve sent technicians out of town for factory training, you already know the real cost isn’t the tuition, its everything else.
- Travel and lodging
- Lost billable hours
- Overtime to cover their absence
- Only one person learns — the rest are left behind
Problem #2 – They Don’t Apply It
Most programs are lecture-heavy, generic, and rarely allow technicians to apply learning during the course.
After leaving the training facility, they forget most of what they learned because they don’t work on that equipment for months.
Problem #3 – No Knowledge Exchange
Its not possible to send 2-3 technicians to every service call for cross-training.
If the technician that attended the training isn’t sending updates to the team after every service call, the knowledge stays with one person — and leaves when they do.
A Better Way To Train Your Entire Team
Instead of sending one technician away for a week of in class training…
Train your entire team at once, live, without any travel expenses or lost service days.
How The Training Works
1. Multi-Week Structured Learning
Training spread across 3 to 5 weeks to improve retention and allow real-world application between sessions.
2. Built Around Diagnostic Thinking
Technicians learn cause-and-effect relationships, not just procedures.
- Interactive scenario-based learning
- Real diagnostic data from actual service calls
- Group problem-solving exercises
3. No Travel. No Lost Revenue.
- Live virtual training — no flights, hotels, or per diem
- Technicians stay on call and available for emergencies
- Record sessions for team members who miss a week
4. Instructor Background
- 8 years factory-trained with Daikin / McQuay
- Hands-on chiller mechanic
- Offshore chiller experience
- Built and managed service teams
- Trained hundreds of technicians worldwide
