1. Overview This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights regarding membership fees, subscription services, and a la carte purchases made through The Chiller Guys Hub website and mobile applications.

This policy complies with:

  • U.S. consumer protection laws
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD)
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund standards

2. Membership Guarantee & Billing All memberships offered by The Chiller Guys Hub include a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership or the app experience, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.

Setup Costs: All refunds are issued minus any administrative or onboarding costs incurred by the Company to set up your account or user profile in our system. These setup costs are non-refundable and disclosed at the time of purchase or onboarding. If no setup costs are disclosed, a full refund will be given.

Recurring Billing:

  • Memberships may be billed on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis.
  • Cancellation of membership stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund unless eligible under this guarantee.

3. A La Carte Services – Sold As-Is All one-time purchases, including but not limited to downloadable training materials, consulting calls, document packs, or digital tools, are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

These items are considered fully delivered upon purchase, and refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law or a technical issue prevented access.


4. Cancellation Process You may cancel your membership at any time via:

  • Your settings in the “Membership” section on thechillerguyshub.com (See Below)
  • The App Store or Google Play if purchased via a mobile app

Cancellations stop future billings but do not retroactively refund previous payments unless covered by the 14-day guarantee.

Note:
When you delete your account, your subscription is not automatically canceled. The Account deletion feature is to erase all of your data on the site if you want to for privacy reasons. If you have already deleted your account, please reach out to us, so we can manually cancel it on the back end.

6. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Termination & Proration Accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions or Community Rules may be terminated without refund.

Prorated refunds for unused time are not provided, unless required by local consumer laws.
