We had a company we worked with that had a large maintenance agreement with a data center for just under 800 hours a year. Most of the technicians didn’t want to deal with the account, because it was completely disorganized, and no one could keep track of what had and hadn’t been done. 

On top of that, the equipment was not being serviced correctly, and they had maintenance related failures regularly on the equipment they were supposed to be servicing.

When we dug into the operations on site, and we found that there was no clear instruction, checklists, or plans for the guys on site completing the maintenance. None of the guys knew what the customer wanted, and what the office sold.

We worked with the contractor to develop a complete packaged solution for that job site, equipped with blueprints and workflows.

After the first year of working with us, this site became their biggest moneymaker, and the customer didn’t want anyone else in the building.
