Update, thanks for the help..... Further trouble shooting I found that the EXV was only opening up to 37% and it thought it was maintaining a 10 degree superheat because it was reading a 45 degree suction line temp. Both circuits were actually out of calibration but circuit 1 was off by 20 degrees.....Right now that circuit is turned off and ckt 2 and another air cooled chiller are maintaining the supply set point and leaving water temp set point.
Thanks for your guys help, I’ve worked my a** off since finishing school in 2014 to get here and working on this stuff is finally in my grasp. This was a good feeling.
