This is an exclusive, group dedicated to chiller service technicians worldwide. This group along with our online learning platform, aims to provide a strong network of men who help each other learn and grow in the chiller industry so we can all be successful working on chillers.

We are tired of the bad mouthing, name calling, and withholding of information that surrounds the chiller industry. We aim to create a community of knowledgeable, And Experienced Professionals, who support each other without fear of losing their customers, or making mistakes because they have no one to turn to for advice.

Our Vision:

We believe in nurturing true leaders in the chiller industry who are willing to share their knowledge and work together to help each other learn and grow as technicians. This group is a place where technicians can freely share information (Non-Proprietary), troubleshoot issues, and grow in their careers.

Our Rules:

We reserve the right to remove anyone not adhering to the group rules. It doesn't matter if you have been in the industry for 97 years. If you are not being a leader, and you are constantly putting other guys down who are struggling, you will be refunded and removed. Our focus is on creating a supportive environment for all members, including those that are just starting in the industry.
