1. Purpose & Vision This community is an exclusive, invite-only extension of our online platform, The Chiller Guys Hub, dedicated to chiller service technicians worldwide. Our goal is to build a peer-driven, supportive environment for sharing knowledge, solving problems, and elevating the standard of excellence in the chiller industry.
We exist because many manufacturers withhold information, misrepresent independent professionals, and discourage collaboration. Here, we flip that narrative — supporting each other without fear, gatekeeping, or ego.

3. Group Rules
Rule 1: Be a Leader or Be Banned
Support those who are learning. You may have decades of experience — but if you use that experience to demean others instead of lifting them up, you will be warned once. Continued behavior will result in removal from the platform. Leadership is shown by patience, humility, and guidance.
Rule 2: Give More Than You Take
You are more than welcome to hang out and socialize, but working together is what makes this platform so powerful. Contribute your knowledge generously when possible. Post tips, help answer questions, share stories. This group thrives on mutual support. Users seen consistently taking without giving back will be spoken to, may have their access limited.
Rule 3: Stay Relevant, Stay Professional
This platform is for professional chiller service discussion. No off-topic posts unless clearly relevant to HVAC or technician wellness. Joking and camaraderie are encouraged, but don’t drown out serious discussions or abuse the platform for unrelated content, or to pick on other guys who have less experience than you.
Rule 4: No Promotions or Spam Without Approval
No unauthorized advertising. If you’re a vendor or business owner, you must:
- Request permission before promoting products/services
- Use only designated promotion areas (when available)
Violators will receive one warning. Repeat offenses result in immediate removal.
Rule 5: Respect Confidentiality & Copyright
Do not share confidential or protected, materials, private service documentation, or content owned by others without permission from them. Sharing copyrighted or confidential documents without consent violates both our policies and international copyright laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to post shared content. By using the platform, and posting content, we assume that you have the permission to do so. Even if you have permission, we hold the right to remove information, literature, or documents that we have reason to believe that they are confidential (If they are marked as such), or if the rightful owner of the resource in question reaches out to us and asks us to remove it. We also do random spot checks, rely on reports from users, and manufacturers to help moderate and remove sensitive information.
Rule 6: Be Lawful, Safe, and Compliant
You may not:
- Post dangerous or illegal advice to intentionally harm someone or their reputation (Immediate termination without warning)
- Advocate practices that violate local codes or laws
- Share misinformation that could harm others in the field
All advice should assume that the reader is under proper supervision by a competent professional, in full compliance with local regulations.
Rule 7: No Hate Speech, Harassment, or Discrimination
Zero tolerance for intentional racism, sexism, homophobia, threats, bullying, or harassment of any kind. This includes private messages sent through our platform. Violators will be banned & blocked without warning.
Rule 8: One Warning Policy
We believe in growth. Most violations receive one formal warning with feedback and an opportunity to correct the behavior. After that, users may be restricted from certain areas, banned permanently. Severe violations (e.g., hate speech, illegal content, spamming users) may result in immediate termination without warning.
4. Moderation Authority Moderators appointed by CNS Industries LLC have full discretion to enforce these rules. They may:
- Remove posts
- Suspend or ban users
- Lock discussions
- Escalate intentional illegal violations to legal authorities where applicable (See a couple examples)
- Child exploitation or abuse material
- Terrorism-related content
- Threats of violence (e.g., threats against others or public safety)
- Content related to human trafficking, weapons sales, or drug distribution
- etc..
5. Reporting Violations If you see behavior that violates this Code, report the item itself, or send a screenshot directly to:

The Chiller Guys Hub does not supervise members directly, certify, or control member activities outside of the moderation we do on this site.
