Sign-on bonus available!
$2500 after successful completion of 90 days, and an additional $2500 after 1 year of service!

Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diverse HVAC Chiller service issues preferred
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently, making sure the job is done correctly the first time
- Well-groomed, neat appearanceValid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate the system to manufacturers’ recommendations, and effectively explain to the customer the solutions.
- High-level attention to detail in documenting work performed.
- Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progress.
- Be available to work limited nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
