TURBOCORE COMPRESSOR FAULT
Hi guys, I'm having trouble with this Turbocore T400 compressor. I have two compressors set up as slave 1 and I need to switch one to slave 2 to operate the chiller. The problem is that the compressor I need to set as slave 2 won't let me access OEM mode. Does anyone have an access code to make this change?

If you haven’t been to the training, I would highly recommend you give them a call. There is a lot of safety that should be considered. Their tech support is great.-

@archu you should be able to send an email to that, or call in their Tallahassee location, and ask for tech support. I have a guy I work with usually, but he gets spammed, so he asked me to keep it private. If you have trouble, I will ask him if there is a different number, let me know

@John_Clemmer Okay, thanks for the information. Actually, I do have another problem with another chiller where the compressors aren’t axially aligned, but I’ll finish this unit first and then contact you about the other one.

@archu sounds good man, when you’re ready for the other one, make a post in the private group for Turbocor, then all the Pro guys will get an email notification and you’ll get faster responses. There’s a couple guys from Danfoss in there as well.
