Im retrofitting turbocor tt350 380v 210lra 2018 with some old working chiller.
Tell me do i need nrv discharge valve
Do i need suction valve like service valve.
My old exv valve is 15000 steps from danfoss. Do i need to configure 15000 steps in smt of comprassors.
Do i really need hot gas bypass with exv or with solenoid valve.
Kindly provide me some details

Is your chiller controlling the EEV, or the compressor?

EEV we will use same old danfoss liner type 15000 steps the new eev is arond 3780 steps but on smt it we can configure it. -
@JohnClemmer-12 need the proper check valve ofc 80sx 80s is much expensive and hard to find. suggest me some alternative for tt350 fleng size 2.40″ inch around 2-5/8 somewhere or 2-1/8″ confuse

@FrostFlow stuff is expensive on these compressors and machines.
I would recommend going with that the manufacturer recommends.
If you are running multiple compressors, you run the risk of breaking check valves at startup. The safest bet is to use the OEM, otherwise you aren’t covered under warranty.
Sometimes the best way is the cheapest, sometimes it’s the most expensive unfortunately.
