Would any have information on the start cycle for a Bitzer CSV screw compressor?

About 10 seconds into the run cycle, a 230 volt 10 amp fuse is opening. Just trying to see what actually happens when its starts up. Its a VSD compressor.

I have checked all the auxiliary solenoids within the heat-pump, panel fans etc but can’t seem to get to the bottom of it. I think it could be the loading solenoid in the compressor that is causing it, but how quickly that solenoid energises after startup is unknown to me.
