Here is a little project of mine , AI has done a lot of the heavy lifting.
Being a ex OEM tech I often miss the tools that I used to have access to.
This is a Modbus tool that is nicer to navigate then most onboard interfaces.It has also been useful for correcting issues after BMS has altered values that where not accessible via the HMI.
I have also added this to GitHub for others to download and make there own versions.

@chunkychillerguy We mostly use it for comms between our digital instruments, the controller, and display to a monitoring panel. They plan on adding a wireless transmitter to the monitoring panel next year that will re-transmit the same Modbus data to the plant computer. I know there is more you can do with it but we are pretty basic with what we like in nuclear. Main thing I have learned is getting the Modbus language right, some of our instruments we have use came in with totally different Modbus languages set on each one!
