30HXC Screw Compressor Terminals
We’re tasked with replacing all terminals and studs in the terminal box for a Carlyle screw compressor model 06NW2209X7NA.A00. We’re doing this because someone found leaks here.
Can someone point me in the right direction in regards to documentation with torque specs?
Also has anyone done this already? Is there a manual that describes this process or can you give me some guidance on best practices?
What’s the correct way to remove the studs and temperature sensor terminals?

I couldn’t find the torque spec inside anything I have, but you might be able to find something inside the member files page in the portal, or another guy might have something. But I did attach a couple manuals below

Were you able to find what you needed?

Still looking for torque specs for the studs. Theres a nut that goes on top that puts tension on the gasket sealing the pressure boundary from the terminal housing. The pic shows this hopefully. I have the torque spec for the nut that holds the power wires to the stud (provided by you), but not for the very bottom nut. Hope this makes sense.

Found it. I uploaded all the instruction sheets. Search for “Carlyle_Screw” and you should see them.
