hey guys, hope you can help I`m working on a York YK and its shutdown on VSD-Logic board power supply. It’s a new customer the previous compagny have already change the OSCD logic board and the I/O board too within a year. I’ve ran thru the york service manual for the opti speed and i have the correct voltage at each test point on the OSCD logic board. have anyone ever had that issue before ? thanks

I have seen training videos on this and I herd that that pins on the wire harness go weak and creates a weak connection

How often is it happening? every time, or random? like @sotomoto27 said, check the wiring harness as well.

The unit is down since August 2024 and we cant clear the fault as its still is in fault condition. Jci came during the winter and recommande to replace the whole drive and the optiview panel for a new one with 3630 microboard and there sc-eq board. I’ll Go back on site monday morning i’ll Go Check the wiring harness. Thanks for the help

@echenier let us know.
It sounds like they just want to sell you an upgrade, I wouldn’t just upgrade because JCI didn’t want to find the root cause.
Everything in there should be serviceable.
Take a look, and send us some findings, and some more info.
Good luck!
