Hi, Guys
I need information about carrier cepl 130347-02 display of 30RAP10066BD6150 aircoold water chiller.
That diplay push button is problem. So, can’t change parameters.
I want replace part, but seller saying not have program. Just empty board.
My question is that seller reply is true or not.

Most controllers you can get with the base software loaded (for an extra Fee), and you will have to do the commissioning and setup for the machine.
Which supplier are you buying through? Carrier?
If so, what country?

@eunkyoon more than likely you can have everything ordered and ready to go from the states, but you may have to deal with customs depending on the marking. (UL, CE, etc.. )
Have you Tried Carrier in the UAE? I have had good luck with them, but i haven’t had to purchase a control panel from them yet.
