Good day to all the members,
I have a technical question. There is a printer machine that requires a chilled water.
Here are the data:
1.Water temperature control range is (in 15c) and (out max 21c).
2. it has 6 heat exchangers chilled water connections with total flow rate 9.3 cubic meters /hour @ 2.5 bar. (each heat exchanger with different water flow rate).
3. I want to calculate, how much the chiller capacity required if the machine is working for 24 hours. And what is the fine capacity for the thermal storage tank to continuously deliver the chilled water to the machine.
Appreciated all the help.

Hey brother, it is fairly straight forward.
You need your flow rate.
The specific heat of the Fluid, and the delta T.
You will need to convert these to American units because we don’t have the formulas for metric yet.
Use the circled formula to get refrigeration tons, but don’t divide by 24.
After that, then convert to KW

@the-chiller-guys My brother thanks for your inputs, even though I have an idea to ask this question. So please let me see how it will be the results.
Here are the data in SI units.
15c=59F
21c= 69.8
9.3 m3/h=40.95 GPM
The chiller capacity is needed? the storage tank capacity is needed?
with respect

Your going to have to do the math on it.
Do the math, and I can double check your work.
The storage tank will also need to be sized. A rule of thumb is 6 gallons per refrigeration Ton
Here is a calculator

Do the calculations, and I can double check your work

@the-chiller-guys I don’t know how to use the formula you sent.
But I use my formula:
Q= MC(t2-t1)
=500x41x 11
=255.500BTUH
=18.8 TR x(1.2)
=22.5 TR
