there is a issue in Trane chiller CVHE 850 TR ,Supply temp-9.3 deg c,return -13.1deg c,evap pressur-48.3kpa(-7 psig),condenser pressure-20 kpa(3 psi),please help me to troubleshoot the issue.

Hey brother, we dont have enough information.
If you make sure the sensors are calibrated, and fill out a logsheet we can tell you in 5 or 10 minutes where your issue lies?
make sure you either use a centrifugal chiller one, or a low pressure centrifugal one. You can download them from the “member files”, the link to the diagnostic sheets is below.
