Hi we have york air cooled screw chiller model yvaa0263. We changed condenser. Company designed condenser is radiator type but we replaced copper coil. Now discharge super heat very low also compressor winding temperature is low what is the problem.

Did someone open the drain and fill solenoids for recovery of refrigerant and forget to plug them back together

it was micro channel, and you added a copper fin when you replaced it?Have you checked the calibration of the level sensor?
If you can give us the log sheet with all your readings, we can tell you where the issue likely resides
