      “CGAM Issues

      Found chiller locked out due to loss of water flow, but the flow sensor indicates different. There was a tech here last week some time and he switched the flow sensor and wire back to the board. Sensor is not binding through Tracer at this time.

      Found the supply water automation valve not working through the BAS. Besides that I’m kinda scratching my head. Any other things I should check?

      Conclusion:

      Spoke to the previous tech and found out he was not able to bind the module after installation. I binded the module and reset alarm. Found bad leaving water sensor.

      Cleaned strainer and ordered sensor.”
