We specialize in complex HVAC systems and are currently looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our Atlanta-based team.

💡 Position Overview:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of HVAC systems, with a focus on chillers and mechanical systems in industrial and commercial settings. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and a strong work ethic.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems including chillers.

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

• Read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment manuals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.

• Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and communication in the field.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience in industrial and commercial environments.

• Strong knowledge of chiller systems, mechanical services, and HVAC operations.

• Welding and pipe fitting experience is a plus.

• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real-time.

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
