      RTAC sensors reading different Techview vs HMI

      Having oil flow alarms on RTAC 2254. Have about 7″ in oil seperator. Unit will start then low oil flow alarm after short run time. Only oddity I can find is computer pressures match gauges. But HMI displays 15psi difference. With alarm being strictly math calculation by machine could this be causing alarm. Its odd HMI and computer read differently – does machine use HMI numbers or computer numbers when calculating flow. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

        Check in the settings tab to see if you are on absolute or PSIG

          Spot on hmi is in absolute should’ve realized. Nothing to do with issue. Internal issues with compressor. Choke down suction to keep oil in compressor and hope to get through rest of season limbimg by as new chiller set to be installed for next season.
