What are some methods of estimating GPM flow on small 10-20 ton process chillers with no water pressure ports.
All i have is a tank temp sensor and a leaving water temp sensor the pump is constant speed . Can i estimate gpm by using delta T?

Have a york yvaa that blew the transient suppressor board and all 3 input power fuses. However have performed the catostrophic failure test and drive tests and everything checks ok. Before calling jci would like to make sure there are no other tests i could perform to verify any problems. Also line voltage is consistent at incoming side of…

Just joined, looking to refresh up on my chiller knowledge. Ive been inhouse for the last 3 years at the sphere. We have 4 centravac chillers and they’re on warranty so i never get to work on them. Currently in the process of relocating to the houston area and getting back into the service side again. Hope everyone is doing well happy to be here!!!

Hi guys; I have a carrier M# 40RAP0606DA08F00 S# 3114Q51420
4 total compressors 2 and 2 tandem, A side had to be shut down due to a leak in the condenser. B side of the chiller will only run one compressor B2.. Condenser is very dirty and is going to be cleaned tomorrow in am. I am quite sure that once it is cleaned we will be low…
