“Good evening, just curious has anyone ever had any luck repairing a leak in carrier micro channel coils? Model is a 30rbd-60# per circuit 410a. Recommendations on a suitable alloy or procedure appreciated. @ 8k to replace a single coil I’m willing to give it a shot before replacing the whole coil. Thanks.”

“So I’m interested in learning more about chiller tube sheet coatings. I see that one of the most common out there from talking to some friends locally is a product called Belzona. It appears that that product has to be purchased through a specific vendor or distribution system. I also see tha Goodway makes a product as well…

I have an AHU with water coils that is having issues holding supply temp setpoint. It’s all over the map. Supply setpoint is @ 55 degrees but it’s modulate the chilled water and hot water actuators trying to hold it. It’ll get as high as 65 and low as 50.…
