      RTAF

I have a Trane 410t RTAF. I have circuit 1 locked out on the HMI. As it is being repaired and is on a vaccum. I am looking to run circuit 2 but the low evap pressure on circuit 1 inhibits circuit 2 from running. I have been reading document # RTAF-SVX001P-EN and I cannot find why circuit 1 is holding off circuit 2. I have 75psia in the evap of circuit 2.

      • Ran into similar situation on same chiller. I had disconnect off on circuit 2 to do a repair and it shutdown circuit 1. Never figured out why, always curious though.

Ended up electrically isolating what I was working on and put disconnect back on. Chiller started back up.

Was a while ago but I don’t remember any alarms either

        • If it’s on a service port i installed a service T in-between the pressure transducer and the angle valve. With angle valve front seated bumped up pressure transducer above low pressure cutout and other circuit should start.

          • In plug the suction pressure transducer for the circuit you are working on. You may get a loss com fault for it, however the other circuit will run
