“There’s so much wrong here. I’m thinking bad pressure transducer and bad entering water temp sensor. Plus the purge ran 28 mins in last 24 hours. Checked actual ewt@ 45°F and suction at 45°F with temp probe.”

Have 2 chillers on site with the same fault but different phases. Have tested Precharge contactors and precharge resistor fuses. The low DC bus voltage and low current on (S) makes me think there may be an issue with the capacitor bank. However the drive is hard to diagnose as controls are on the door to open up the…

Does anyone have servuce literature or a good how to video link for replacing/rebuilding carlylye screw wire terminals… finally found my leak after a couple days and have never had to do this before.
