      Carrier 23xrv

      Have 2 chillers on site with the same fault but different phases. Have tested Precharge contactors and precharge resistor fuses. The low DC bus voltage and low current on (S) makes me think there may be an issue with the capacitor bank. However the drive is hard to diagnose as controls are on the door to open up the drive to test the capacitor bank.

      Any advise?
