I’ve finally found time to post on the hub. Lil story about my 1st year in the chiller world.

I put in for Da***n applied. Didn’t hear back. Took another job… hated it. 4 months later.. I get a call that felt like a come play for Tom Brady call. These guys(2) had 30ish yrs in the game combined. Hell yea.. Im going to work for people smarter than me! Fast forward to NOW(1yr later). 6 people have left the branch and “cashed their own checks” as they said. This includes the 2 who were in my interview. 3-T3 2-T4 CAT 1 guys and our SVC MGR who was a wealth of knowledge on the whole brand. All that knowledge gone from a company right in summer. No. Its not a nightmare.. Its reality.

Im floating.

Looking forward to taking in any and all knowledge made available to me.
