Not my first post here but thought I’d say hello. Signed up months ago but only started reading through some useful post to find information most guys wouldn’t share.

Name is Melvin and im a commercial HVAC tech in Hawaii. I don’t know everything, and still have trouble calls kick my ass every now and then like im always the one finding the unique issues on units. I will admit i am slow when troubleshooting because I tend to over think alot. Worked on Chillers with the first company i worked with during my apprenticeship and now im with another commercial company realizing I have become their chiller tech even though I have very little experience. But by referring to my basic knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, knowing the refrigerant cycle, and past experience, I’ve been just getting by or lucky till now. 😅
