“Any body seen this before? Pretty knowledgeable on arctic cool chillers but this ones throwing me for a loop. Watercooled machine thinks it’s an air cooled machine, all setting are correct for water, also note that the two circled devices are not communicating. Customer change the Ethernet switch box (thats when the problem started) in the bottoms right and I have replaced the Bacnet/tcp module in the small circle. Tried another ether switch box, same issue. Does the EXV driver module (big circle) completely tell the machine its water cooled? And its lack of communication is why it thinks it’s an air cooled?”
