“Damn oil heater is swollen and like fused to the well. This compressor blew on the economizer line and lost the whole refrigerant charge and oil charge…..heater just kept chugging along with no oil to heat until it failed…..and caused all this fun….looks like I need a new well…..as well….I’ve tried everything I know to get it to break loose…..no dice.”

Use a fluted or pipe extractor to break it loose. Get a 3/4 to 3/8 brass bushing instead of the lamp insert coupling they use and will be easier to get out in the future.
