We have a new Carrier 30XV500 going in currently. From what I understand we will have to download the smart app and scan the QR code to get service access? Are there any issues with this as a contractor? Do we have to be set up with Carrier to get a Login? Also, what are the common issues with these machines? If you guys could share any documents that would be great. I have 04-53300222-01 and 04-53300224-01.
