Hey guys. I’m working on a trane rtac184 ton. This plant keeps having issues where the chillers compressor for each circuit 1&2 will continuously cycle on and off but no faults come in whatsoever. While I’ve monitored both chillers ive seen nothing abnormal really. Has anyone experiwnced these type of issues?

To me it sounds like it’s just short cycling on load.
How often does this happen, what’s the frequency, every 5 seconds, 5 minutes, 20 minutes, etc.
Is it a new or long ongoing issue?
Can you send us some operational data as well?

Figured it out. Our controls division just took over the building automation so I checked out the panel and found the enable relays quickly chatter every so often causing the chiller to shutdowm with no faults and come back online quickly. Jumped them out to verify and all ran perfectly. Going to have to shutdown the plant on an off day and rewire the entire panel
