Carrier 30XWHP model, can we disable a circuit on the TouchPilot controller and how do we do that?

And if I am disabling a defective circuit (eg Ckt B) how do I tell if the chiller is staged or part load controlled, and if it is part load controlled what do I need to do to maintain safe capacity management on the enabled circuit?

      • I have never worked with the TouchPilot, but I would imagine it is possible like on some of the other controllers.
I would repost this in the Screw chiller group with a photo as well, so everyone gets an email, and it grabs their attention.

After you post it in there, check out some of the Recent uploads in the “Member files” to see if anyone has uploaded something for it lately.

        • I’m the touch pilot, go to service, then cpunabl, then select the circuit. Per may be 3333. I would put in the good circuit in lead and enable ramp loading..?

          • Log in to Factory
Then go to factory setting then go to compressor disable /disable
