• Whats the best field service software you guys have seen?

I have been asked a few times about a good field service software for companies doing industrial work with a lot of customer documentation requirements, and wanted some feedback from you guys.

I’ve Tried Microsoft, Coins, Astea, and heard good things about XOI

What is your favorite Field service software, what do you like about it most, and what are some drawbacks?

      • I’m Currently Using CLIK ( http://www.cliksoftware.com/clik-service/ ) Its OK, a bit tired and the FGAS stuff is still not that good despite me telling them what still needs doing every time I get an update. But they have just been taken over by a rival company and they seem to be pushing everyone over to JobLogic. ( http://www.cliksoftware.com/products/joblogic-fsm/ )

Seems OK, very cloud based but the FGAS Module is recommended by REFCOM in the UK so I’ll probably switch when I get 2 Months of spare time 🤣

        • @Symtech awesome, I’ll have to do some digging.

          Thanks for the feedback!

I think the F gas / EPA stuff is the biggest pain to be honest lol.

How long have you been running Clik?

          • @the-chiller-guys I’ve been Using Clik for about 14 years now, and the Company I Used to work for was using it before then. Like I say, its functional but they have stopped updateing it now and pushing everyone over to the new Joblogic stuff…. I havent spoken to anyone using it as yet, but I might try the demo.

@Symtech that Joblogic does look pretty sweet, do you know any guys already using it?

            • @Symtech nice, it does seem pretty good, as long as it works good.

I think a lot of the setup is the biggest pain with most of it

            • I’ve used many of the above and so far found Astea the best.

            • Astea is what Daikin North Jersey used when I was with them. It eliminates the middle man completely on both ends.

              • @samd1435 we used that up in Minnesota when i was with them as well, but it wasn’t so user friendly, alot of back and forth between Astea, manual paperwork, and concur. Maybe they customized what you guys had to make it easier to use.

                doesn’t sound to bad
