      Carrier AquaSnap

      I have a 225 ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller at a metal processing plant. What is the best way plug into this chiller for service and diagnostics. Chiller has the scrolling marquee but its a pain in the ass to see all the parameters. The CCN software is obsolete. I believe it was service tool v5. Is there any new software to interface with the old chillers. I have a Carrier hvac partners account and have access to the controls pages but I dont know what I software or licenses I need. Is I-vu backwards compatable with these old units? Does Carrier have any software for technicians to view operation. Trane has Techview, is there anything available like that on Carrier.

        I would recommend getting a Navigator Part # HK50AA033. pretty simple to use the Scrolling marque sucks. I-VU is compatable if you install a UPC open on the CCN network of the chiller. There is not a lot of writeable pionts through IVU but a lot of info at your finger tips . hope this helps
