I have a new Carrier 23XRVA4A4NP JR250 chiller that is tripping on Low Oil Pressure Cir A. I believe it started doing it a couple of weeks ago. We didn’t know about it. We just got called in today to look at it.

Working on a York YMC² i am getting a low winding temp shutdown. All sensors seem to be reading accurately. I have checked all wiring connections as well. I see in the manual where you can disable up to 4 of the 6 sensors. However admin level access is needed. I’ve tried contacting JCI so far no luck. They only want to help if you are…

    “Question for the group……

Carrier 19XR, PIC II controls. Have oil pressure transducers that need calibrated or replaced. For the life of me, could not find the calibration settings in service setting. Now if memory serves me correct, calibration wasn’t an option until PIC 5, but couldn’t remember if I…

Chiller is a Carrier 30HXC086 water cooled screw. Has anyone had to pull (un sweat) the copper liquid line out from the bottom of the condenser? Some dimwits moving this did some considerable damage.

I have a McQuay WSC with a microtec II controller with a touch screen. The touch screen turns on with the Daikin logo, has a bunch of lines of code, but never shows graphics. Eventually the screen goes blank. I tried a different screen we had and it does the same thing. Anyone have any experience with these?

    I…

Im not familiar with these type of fuses. This is off a GDB board on a Daikin WSC087. Says 250V 6/10Amp on it. Is this a resistor in a fuse? Can not find a Daikin PN for it.

    Thanks in advance.
