“I’m going to install two YLAA155 air cooled chillers for process cooling using 45% DowTherm SR1. Standard evaporator flow is 2.2gpm/Ton. Is there a need for a correction factor with glycol?Has anyone used heat recovery option with a YLAA? The manual says it can recover up to 85% of heat and up to 145°.

Good morning guys,
Looking for some info on a screw change out. On a RTAA whats the best practice on the oil when a change out takes place. I have checked the oil for acid and its test good. Do I need to change the oil charge in the separator tank?

“Any body seen this before? Pretty knowledgeable on arctic cool chillers but this ones throwing me for a loop. Watercooled machine thinks it’s an air cooled machine, all setting are correct for water, also note that the two circled devices are not communicating. Customer change the Ethernet switch box (thats when the problem started)…
