23xl. I’ll loss prevention alarm
Ive been working on a 23xl2323 s# 4300q64626. R 22 machine. I originally went to call of leak and oil on ground. Small leak and small puddle on floor.repaied leak. Smardt Air Cooled AD120
Hey everyone need a little help. Got myself infront of a Smardt AD120 and I’ve got an alarm for compressor 2 overcurrent rotor may be locked. This has the danfoss turbocor TTS350 in it. Teardown Manual for McQuay WSC087

AMOT Valves on Older York Chillers
Older York chillers used AMOT valve. As long as i worked around York’s i never dug into operation and maintenance of AMOT valves. Anyone have any input?

Trane RTAC
Has anyone changed the ribbon cable to the global connector cable on an RTAC. If so are the transducers on schraders or does the machine have to be recovered to replace. Thanks in advance

Oil analysis
Does anyone have any recommendations for companies that perform oil analysis for screw compressors? I am a York factory trained chiller mechanic that no longer works for JCI. I miss having their predictive maintenance dept support me. Thanks in advance.

I have a 500 ton York YK chiller thats getting a Harmonic Filter-Logic Board or Communications shutdown. I disabled the Harmonic Filter because we were in the middle of a heat wave. Unit started and has been running. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this alarm. The manual doesn’t give much direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
