19XR pic 2 controller
Hey any of you guy ever run on an 19XR with a PIC2 controller failling. It’s randomly shut down and then reboot work for a couple minutes sometimes hour and then do it all over again ? Any advice. We want to replace it with a MCS controller but its an OEM electronic starter so we’ll nees to replace the starter to put a Mcs controller. Did…

Hey guys, im having an issue with a 30hxc series 4. My oil pressure transducer for circuit A1 is reading 0 no matter what, we have voltage readings at the board which match A2. Also the board still reads 0 with transducer plug unhooked also shorted. I replaced the SCB board figuring it wasn’t working correctly but now thinking its the main board…

Recover hose set up
Im recovering 4160Ib of R134a I have a recovery set up that works ok but I would like to see some other set ups, I know we are doing push and pull im just looking for hose set up

Carrier 19XR Frame 5 Compressor
Oil is leaking where the sump heater comes thru the compressor housing. There is a seal on the inside. Anyone know if the seal can be replaced if you remove the oil pump?

Carrier AquaSnap
I have a 225 ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller at a metal processing plant. What is the best way plug into this chiller for service and diagnostics. Chiller has the scrolling marquee but its a pain in the ass to see all the parameters. The CCN software is obsolete. I believe it was service tool v5. Is there any new software to interface with the…

YCIV has 3 sensors on 1 circuit not reading, the voltages are fine to the board, but the display will not give me a value. The board is now obsolete and needs a retrofit. Any work around?
